Merry Christmas

It is Christmas Day and I have popped upstairs whilst chaos happens below with the turkey and all!

I love the settled peace at Christmas, with the strong smell of trays and trays of meat and vegetables spreading up and through the house. Sat by your presents appreciating every one of them, even down to the handwriting on the gift tag, and the festive music muffled by laughter and the chimes of the bells.

We have only opened our stockings which I was so happy with, even more than when I fell out of my bed at 5AM trying to reach it.

Well we only have a week of 2011 left as well, strange really.
I think it has been a really good year I suppose, could have been better  but I'm really looking to 2012 where so much is going to happen;  an expedition to Mount Blanc, gold DofE, going to Germany, Year 13, and hopefully something that will benefit what I want to do- but I'll share it nearer the time ;)
I just want to say Merry Christmas.

So this is Christmas

It is three days to Christmas!
But still we have no snow..
And still I sit here madly rushing homework.


I love Christmas, did all the present shopping yesterday in Bath with some lovely people, and then wrapped them watching classic Home Alone. Tree is up and there are fairy lights in my room, so so so excited.
Also Thea and I went into a really cute sweet shop and we found this

It isn't really clear but it looks so good, and I don't really want to drink mine because of that!
I probably won't post for a while, maybe a new years and Christmas eve?

It is Saturday morning and it is really sunny out.. WHERE IS THE SNOW?!
Well anyway I'm doing the usual weekend routine for me:

Camera Smile

So with a week owning a proper camera..
Yeah mine sort of broke and is permanently set on panoramic now.. not really useful.

I got a new camera last weekend, and it wasn't the one I was hoping for but it's good enough (:
I'm going to do a review on it, not to show it off or boast or anything, just because I like doing reviews and someone out there might want a new camera too.
Ok so it is a GE X500 Bridge camera..
Some of the features are.. 

So the apprearance of it is, depending on personal opinion, small, compact but yet it has a beasty lens and a really good shape, it is very comfy to hold however to me some of the buttons could be easier to find.
But I think that is the only fault, it connects really fast to the computer or laptop and it is really tough, I like how it is run by batteries because that is so more useful and a chargeable camera., and this one has been hanging round my neck pretty much all week. It also has the option of a screen and EVF.
I took it to London the other day;

It does have some neat features on it and they are really easy to get to.

This isn't the best review but basically the camera's performance is really really good :) and the price varys, it IS quite heavy yet it is the size of it doesnt make the camera awkward and odd to carry.

So I am actually getting more interested in photography now because of this camera!

Don't you just love it when you are sick on your english essay you just spent three hours on.. -.-
I hate it. And I had plans tonight too!
