Well a lot has been going on in my life some good like Duathlon, and my eighteenth but to be honest I havent really had much time to look at this, I'm having a ill day today which is why it suddenly occured to me that I have a blog. I've been battling panic attacks and trying to keep going so that's been hard..
but hey there are people worse off so I shouldn't be complaining.
Ummmmm what have I been up to...
I think today the most 'exciting' thing I have done is order new trainers for work wooo...
